Is there really a sound of silence?
John Cage’s 4’33” was him sitting at the piano and doing nothing but listening to the audience breathe and whisper.
He challenges the definition of music and sound. He said that everything we do is music. If a sound was made by accident, or by choice, it didn’t matter.
Silence in life
Are we supposed to be reticent with everything? There is no such thing as silence. Silence is roaring and you fail to see the irony for sure.
One line art, my heart is not silentI close my eyes and start drawing until my pen leaves the paper.
Whether I express what to draw, whether I draw or not in reality,
how I draw, does it matter?
All is merely a record of my thoughts.
Everything else fades and comes to nothing at the end.
