I describes her duo self portraits as alluding to the deformation that physically separates body from animals and natural bodily functions of humans. While the left side represents a guilty mind that looks for punishment; the right side represents a forgiving heart that genuinely hopes oneself to stop sabotaging its sacred body. The left body shape looks more like human body anatomy because it's not being badly affected by destructed mind yet; while the right body has already suffered too much it has eventually become a monster-like body shape with five legs. My goal is to convey the fragile, oppressive and contradictory emotions that depict the very condition of existence.
