Creation and expression will affect each other, whether it's music, photography, painting or just a record player, it's just one of the mediums, just like the different schools of kung fu, when the heart is open, the mind will be open, and it'll be fun to learn things in a coherent way.
Anything to let people I met know the way I see them, I think it's one of my love languages.
I want to remember every beautiful and rare face I met in 13 cities in Japan. They all used different ways to warm me when I was traveling. I experience love wherever I go. I share my joy
with all these unique faces.
In impermanence in life, the self is forgotten; immersed in a rhythm, it is where connection takes place and signs revealed.
When it comes from our own gaze we are more self-aware; consciously or unconsciously thirst for moving away from the stereotypes and common expectations that others give to us.

Was I myself?
Or was i merely a matrix of occurrences in one moment, and then yet another the next?
I want to hug you, wordless,
young Lily, no art created yet.
I want to mean nothing
Nothing at all.

Outdoor gear company Patagonia says “the earth is now our only shareholder” after transferring the company’s ownership from founder Yvon Chouinard and his family, to two nonprofits
established to fight climate change. If summer in 2022 is so ridiculously hot, what is next summer gonna look like? In general, it’s a trend going up.
You can question how the NGOs are gonna spend his donations to fight the environmental crisis. But you can never question his generosity to give away his company to save our home planet.
Time actually means space between events. Each time I explore around, music makes more space for me. It creates time for me to pause. Well of course free music at metro is not free as he soon showed me a ten-dollar hk note he received ;p truth is I feel good giving away with much gratitude to him regardless. We get worried about what comes next but forgot now used to be next.
Life doesn’t happen to you but responds to you.
Once the mood is good again, then only people with the same frequency can enter my life. We bring on difficult situations in order to make ourselves aware of the inner strength we have. Only good people, good environment and good relationship will enter my life. No one can come into your life and affect you negatively unless you are on the same frequency. As long as you
change your mind and raise your frequency, no matter how difficult or negative someone is, they will not and cannot affect you. (If this leads to the end of a bad relationship, you repeat this to yourself)
Good things will happen from here on out.
After a bad relationship breaks down, the happiness level will be higher than before.
Every relationship in life has a reason to exist, to teach you something, to move your life forward. There can't be a vacuum in the universe, so when something moves out, something must move in and take its place.
When change comes, relax and have total confidence knowing that the change is good.
Everything that happens is ultimately for our good. Better things are coming.
In the movie Oppenheimer, brilliance
is taken for granted in Oppenheimer’s circle. He do not live with dishonour,
nor does he compromise to live without completing his purpose in life. He wins over the invention and ten dollars but loses psychological balance and a lover.
Who is to blame?
For the talented always follow his own heartand intuition.
Who can stop him but his own thought?
Can you see music? Can you hear them? Sense them?
Are they nice enough or you expected something more, something else like, a feeling maybe?
What are you gonna do?
The trip together is too short in this fleeting life. Shake it off, if you spend time with the wrong soul you’d feel as though you lost a quart of plasma. Keep calm and select your circle wisely.
Hyotan (ひょたん) Sushi Restaurant is a top notch restaurant in Fukuoka.
Japanese Chef Mr. Takeda and Mr. Ura are looking at me drawing while they are making sushi, but all I want to do is draw a picture of hospitable, dedicated chef Mr. Nishikawa. Another customer sitting next to me who has just arrived at Japan from Singapore also compliments the fresh
sashimi.
Draw the moment when Mr. Kusunoki (クスノキさん) passionately shares about Parable of the Lost Sheep. It’s my favorite parable where Jesus teaches about the shepherd who has 100 sheep and one wanders off it gets lost. The Shepherd then leaves the 99 and pursues that one lost sheep. When the shepherd finds that lost sheep, he’s more happy more joyful about finding that one lost sheep than he wants the 99 to stay put. With his overcoming love God is the Shepherd and we’re that one lost sheep. He’ll never stop searching for you or stop pursuing you. His love is relentless. If you want to be a better friend with love and loyalty, behold the loyal love of Jesus Christ. Because we can only love others when we experience and perceive abundance of love. Same as loyalty, we can only be as loyal as our experience of loyalty. In your life, who is loyal and never ashamed of being associated with you, even though sometimes you may seem weird and wicked, dark and crazy? He will never leave you or ashamed of your presence in public. May we have an open heart to be receptive of all the good He brings to us.
Eric Liddell the Olympian British runner famously said “I believe that God made me for a purpose... And when I run, I feel His pleasure .”
Hey where do you feel the biggest pleasure in life? What disciplines do you need to take into your life that really fuel your soul?
And, how do you experience your passion into the mundane of your life?
For Jeff, singing must be his calling! I can totally feel his love for music.
When my one and only pen at my bag is almost out of ink & temperature is killing when I visit The Grand Palace in Bangkok, I was still determined to finish the sketching before the buildings close. I find those 178 mural paintings which depict the Ramakien tale very fascinating. The story is about a battle between Tosakanth the King of demons and King Rama (human beings). This drawing is to remember good triumphing over evil. Capturing story of Hanuman and Subarnamarcha, half human half fish who brought her troops to take away the rocks at the causeway. Although she later was discovered by Hanuman, the story caught my attention.
Little talk as I was drawing him
“I”m really proud of you for being the Taekwondo Champion in Netherlands of your age group. I’m
proud of you for opening up your thoughts to me. I feel warm when you asked me - “did you sleep
well last night? Thank you for being you.”I can’t promise that every child will love me. But I can promise that I can love every child.
My recent work for a Salvation Army Social Worker.
Coping with kids with Special Education Needs (SEN) well doesn’t mean the work is not heavy. It takes extra compassion, sensitivity and love when it comes to a caretaking job. I see you and I feel you.
Can we be the change?
I don’t know but be you and own it.
How to manage daily challenges from kids and parents?
“Do not let the sun do down while you’re still angry.”

Mum is known for her good temperament and high endurance.
She was not satisfied with the saltiness and oiliness of food served at Izakaya. Although this is hidden in her facial expression, she never verbally complained about it .
I brought mother who has leg pain to the best onsen Japanese city in Saga. It was her first time to connect with nature in Ureshino. It also marked the first time we saw endless fireflies along the clearest river at night together. May the natural water heal her body and soul.
I dreamt of grandma being physically ill at night. The next day I received news from mother that she was sent to hospital for surgery.
Signs from universe are right in front of me. Although I was avoiding its existence, those secrets manifest itself as those I know I dreamt of.
Everything will happen for you all of a sudden and you will be thankful you didn’t give up. Blessings are coming. Believe that.
What if, in all the looking out, all the hunting for beautiful secrets, all the calculating and estimating, all the what-ifs and maybes and particulars, all the answers to these
questions, lie within our own little heads… looking back at us?
To remind myself of his motto:
— Fear of death is worse than death itself.
— There are more ways than problems. Be yourself. Relax. Don’t care.
— The truth (true heart and true gold) is not afraid of the fire.
— Thinking about what is the definition of “hurt” in life
I take pride in the efforts of my body for not giving up during 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training. I owe my success to this inspirational teacher Patrick in seeing me beyond the limits of my own self-image. He has trained me in Vinyasa-style flow practice for optimal health. No two snowflakes are alike, every person is a rare gem. He teaches me not to compare or judge, but to focus on finding myself. I think, therefore I am. May our unique abilities flow through us and are expressed in deeply satisfying ways.
With all the uncertainties in life, nothing is in our control, except this moment, and there's a term in the philosophy of Stoicism called the dichotomy of control, which means accepting the uncontrollable and controlling the controllable. I mean, you can choose to let nature take its
course.
Nothing is personal. Everything you see can be social and fake.
Feeling is real.
